Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Deep by Cailee Rae At Deep by Cailee Rae, your time and energy are valued. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, rescheduling will only be offered on a situational basis. Repeat Cancellations: If late cancellations or no-shows become a pattern, prepayment will be required to secure future appointments. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened to honor the time of the next client. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. These guidelines are in place to protect the time, care, and energy Cailee puts into each session, while respecting the schedules of all clients.
